I want to lose weight and am all in! Where do I start?

Click here to schedule a free mini session. We'll have a short chat, get to know each other, and find out if my program is a good fit for you and your goals. At the very least, I'll give you a couple tools to help you on your weight loss journey.

I already know I want to join your program. Do I still need to start with a mini session?

Yes, I ask that all new clients start with a mini session. Losing weight and becoming the next best version of yourself requires a commitment. A mini session gives you the opportunity to learn more about the program and decide if you want to go all in to reach your weight loss goals.

I have more than 100 lbs / less than 10 lbs to lose. Will your program work for me?

Yes! Whether you want to lose more than 100 pounds or the last 10, the skills you will learn through my program are all you need to reach your weight loss goal. Not only that, the skills you'll learn are holistic meta-skills, so you'll be able to apply them to any other area of your life you want to improve after you've lost the weight for good.

What happens during a mini session?

I'll ask you a few questions to get to know you, learn more about your weight loss goals, and find out if my program is a good fit for you. If so, I'll explain how we can work together to achieve your goals and answer any questions you have. If not, I'll share some free weight loss tools and refer you to a coach who might be a better fit for you.

Do I need to prepare for a mini session?

Nope! All you have to do is show up. I'll take care of the rest. 🙂

Is a mini session free?

Yes, 100%. No payment, deposit, or credit card information needed. The purpose of a mini session is for me to learn more about you and to see if my program is a good fit for you and your goals.
