Thoughtfully introduced within our sanctuary, this experience pairs modern wellness technology with Shakti’s personal, attentive care.
What Is HOCATT?
HOCATT is a wellness chamber that combines sauna heat with additional technologies in one session. You rest seated, with your body inside the chamber and your head remaining outside.
The environment is warm and humid, offering a dedicated pause from the demands of your day. Before your visit, we explain the experience, answer your questions, and review whether it is appropriate for you.

Is HOCATT suitable for everyone?
No. A health screening is required before your first session. Please share your medical history and medications with your practitioner; medical clearance may be needed. Contact Shakti before booking to discuss suitability.
How is ozone used?
Ozone is used inside the chamber below the neck and is not intended for inhalation. Your head remains outside the chamber. Ask your practitioner to explain the equipment and safety procedures before your session.
How many sessions should I book?
Begin with a conversation. We can discuss suitability and session options before you decide on ongoing visits.
How long should I allow, and what does it cost?
